Will specify the date that the work may be completed as an approximation.

Has the full rights to halt production when civil communication cannot be achieved or maintained. This includes any heated arguments, off-topic discussions/arguments, or anything related to it.

Has the full rights to halt production, outright refuse to start said production; alter, modify, publicize or resell by any means or for any reason such as lack of respectful behavior or cooperation; production-startup cost not purchased, have not payed for the full agreed price, etc.

Will NOT modify, build upon or continue production of an already commissioned or incomplete product that has not been made by the Producer.

Has the right to refuse requests or commissions from any individual that has been said to have a bad reputation due to their actions and behaviour.

Understand that the producer-defined approximation is not limited to the stated date.

I understand that the agreed-to price will be the amount the artist will get, and the price will increase depending on the desired supported service's translation fee.

Will be providing a highly balanced, constructive and neutral criticism when reviewing or talking about the artist as biased criticism or opinions may result in consequences such as denied service request.

Will be ready to present all necessary samples and selections desired including payments for the provided service as 3 failures to do so will result in a refused service/service-provision until fully specified by the producer under certain conditions.

Am aware that refund requests will be automatically declined.

Am aware that any transaction related to the commission or order Cannot be Undone

Am aware that the Cancellation Request DOES NOT entitle me (the commissioner) to a refund.

Am aware that the prices are and will only be proportional to the Great British Pounds Currency (£).

Am aware of the responsibility of reviewing and converting to my local/national currency.

Am aware that the dislike of the product will only provide 3 Editing instances. And Major Adjustments will NOT be made.

Am aware that upon producing copyright to the music, I will credit and will provide full permissions of use to the original artist who has sold and commissioned the Intellectual Property (IP).

Am aware that the seller is obligated to save and keep a log or recording of the entire conversation for 100 days. This is unless when spam, scam or any form of misbehavior or malicious acts have occurred or committed toward or against the producer.

Am aware that I am obliged to pay the full agreed price that relates to starting the production of the agreed to specifications of the work.

Agree that I have read and understood the PSS (Production Strike System) terms and have three chances to fully complete the commission with cooperation.

Agree with all statements from Buyer's Agreement and Commissioner's Agreement and will comply as such.

Will discuss what the trading will be about (either trading freshly-made or a preexisting product).

Will by any means provide all necessary information about said product and trading session such as the product and its original author; the receipt of the product in question as well as the explicit permission by the original artist (whether the product can be traded under any condition if product isn't originally by the trader); whether the product was made under any form of collaboration; whether the product can be altered, modified or worked-up on; all the information of the rights to own the product and how to do so, etc.

Will provide all possible producer-supported contact information such as the socials of both the trader and the original artist(s).

Understand that Trade Scheduling is discouraged as it is not supported by the producer as the producer strictly operates under their current availability and its status.

Not paying for the production initiation for at least 3 to 4 days after stating that you will commission the producer.

Cancelling during production (after production initiation transaction) - This is NOT refundable.

Not providing samples when stating that you will

Not being financially ready

Stating that you will commission me either without stating the date of commission OR failing to come back to the producer within 24 hours of agreed to appointment.
